Important notice
Coron El Nido Expedition is an independent guide and an affiliate of GetYourGuide and Viator; our hotel links run through Stay22. We help you compare multi-day boat expeditions between Coron and El Nido and related tours, but we do not sell trips, take payments or operate any boat or tour. Every expedition is run by an independent operator.
By using this site you agree to these terms. When you book, you also agree to the terms of the booking platform you book with and of the operator that runs your expedition or tour.
Bookings and payment
- Expeditions and tours sold on Viator are booked, paid for and confirmed on Viator, under Viator’s terms and conditions.
- Expeditions and tours sold on GetYourGuide are booked, paid for and confirmed on GetYourGuide, under GetYourGuide’s general terms and conditions.
- Hotel rooms found through our Stay22 links are booked on the hotel booking site you are sent to, under that site’s terms.
- Booking confirmations, vouchers and receipts are issued by the platform, not by this website.
- Prices on this site are the ones we read on the date stated on each page. The platform shows the price that applies to your date and option before you pay.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation terms differ by listing and are shown on each booking page. Many expedition listings allow a full refund if you cancel a set number of days before departure (often 1 to 2 days on GetYourGuide), but not all do, and some operators apply their own rules.
Boat trips depend on the weather and the sea. The Philippine Coast Guard can stop small boats sailing under weather advisories, and the operator decides whether to sail, delay, shorten or reroute a trip. What happens next, whether a new date, a refund or a partial refund, follows the operator’s and the platform’s policies.
To cancel or change a booking, contact the platform you booked with, using the details in your confirmation email. We cannot cancel, change or refund bookings.
Operator responsibility
The operator, not this website, is responsible for:
- Running the expedition or tour as described, safely and in line with Philippine maritime rules.
- Its boats, captains, crew, equipment, permits and insurance.
- Briefing times, departure points, weather decisions, cancellations and changes on the day.
- Age and health restrictions, luggage rules and any fees it applies.
- Handling complaints about the service it provided.
Accuracy of information
We check prices, inclusions, restrictions and practical facts against the platforms, the operators and official sources, and we date what we publish. Listings, prices, rules and opening hours change, so always confirm the details on the booking page before you pay. We do not guarantee that a boat will sail on a given day or follow a particular route.
Liability
This website is a referral and information service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- The quality, safety or accuracy of an expedition, tour or hotel stay.
- Personal injury, loss or damage during an expedition, tour or stay.
- Cancellations, delays or changes made by operators, platforms or hotels.
- Disputes between you and an operator, platform or hotel.
You take part in expeditions and tours at your own risk and must follow the operator’s safety instructions.
Intellectual property
Tour descriptions, prices and some images come from GetYourGuide, Viator and the operators, and remain the property of their owners. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
